Trick-or-Treat

Halloween without Trick-or-Treating? Not in Rust!

• Announcement by sound: As soon as you hear the spooky music, it’s time to head outside and collect halloween candies.
• Time limit: You have 3 minutes to collect as many candies as possible.

Efficient Candy Collection:

• With the Pumpkin Basket, you can collect candies much faster.
• If you wear a Scarecrow Wrap, you will see one extra candy compared to players without the wrap.

Rewards for the Top 3 Players:

Once the 3 minutes are up, the best candy collectors will be rewarded.

• 1st Place: 3 Medium Loot Bags
• 2nd Place: 1 Medium Loot Bag
• 3rd Place: 1 Small Loot Bag

Possible Loot in the Bags:

Loot Bags contain a variety of items, including:

• Halloween-specific items like the Vampire Stake, Pumpkin Basket or Scarecrow Wrap 
• Candies and Resources
• Tools and Weapons: From a simple Hunting Bow to the M249

Frankenstein

... your new best friend.

How to Create Your Frankenstein:

1. Frankenstein Table:
   To create your Frankenstein, you need a Frankenstein Table, which can be crafted during the Halloween event.

2. Collect Body Parts:
   Before you can assemble your monster, you need the following body parts:

   • Heavy Head or Medium Head or Light Head 
     
   • Heavy Torso or Medium Torso or Light Torso
     
   • Heavy Legs or Medium Lags or Light Legs
     

   These parts can be obtained by killing and looting Scarecrows and Mummies. Once you have all three body parts, you can create your very own Frankenstein.

3. Frankenstein Becomes Your Companion:
   Once created, Frankenstein will follow you faithfully and obey your commands.

Available Commands for Frankenstein:

• Idle: Frankenstein stays inactive and does nothing.
• Follow: He follows you around.
• Combat: He attacks anything that attacks you, defends himself when attacked, and supports you in combat.
• Assist: He attacks anything you attack.
• Guard: Frankenstein attacks anything that attacks you.
• Move: He moves to the spot you’re looking at.
• Destroy: Frankenstein is instantly destroyed.

Portals

Scarecrows and loot await you in the mysterious portals – dare to explore the dungeon!

• Blue glowing doors: Portals appear as noticeable, blue glowing doors that immediately catch your eye.
• Random positions: These portals randomly spawn on the map – so keep your eyes open!
• Dangerous enemies and loot: Inside the portals, you’ll encounter Scarecrows to defeat, as well as loot rewards for your bravery.

Dangerous enemies in the Halloween event. These creepy NPCs add extra tension to the game!

• Aggressive attackers: They attack you relentlessly and chase you down.
• Deadly weapons: Equipped with chainsaws, sickles, machetes, or even beancan grenades, they make the world a dangerous place.

• Spooky look for resources: All pick-up resources like wood, stone, metal, and sulfur have received a thematic design.
